We offer this new, air-conditioned, pop-style apartment for rent in Collioure, with unobstructed sea views over the corniche and Fort Saint Elme. The 68 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located in a luxury, new (delivery June 2023), private and secure residence, 300 from the "Batteries" cove. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The apartment has access to two beaches/creek. It has a private parking space in a secure garage in the residence basement (maximum vehicle height 1.90 m, elevator access). Wifi included. We're waiting for you !
