Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00

EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.


The apartment is located in a central but quiet area, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and well served by public transport, which will allow you to reach all the main points of interest in the historic center of Palermo. The Politeama Theater, the English Garden and Via della Libertà can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In addition, 806 bus stops 500 meters from the accommodation and takes you directly to Mondello beach in about 30 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) in various garages near the property that are open 24 hours a day, such as the Garage Lelio Panno (5 minutes on foot) and the Laroed Car Services (2 minutes on foot). In the surroundings of the property there are also street parking (blue lines, for a fee)
