-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the shuttle bus service. From here you take the regional train to Rome Trastevere and then continue on foot in about 12 minutes.


-From Rome Termini station it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Rome Trastevere. From here, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in around 12 minutes.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.


In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.


NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
